So you don't feel rushed into any decision and have time to go through your options, based on our experience, we recommend you allow at least the following amount of time for your visit -

• 45 minutes - 60 minutes for a pre-wedding discussion;
• 1 hour for a portrait viewing;
• 45 minutes for a portrait session;
• 15 minutes for a corporate head shot session;

Day and evening times for consultations, viewings and portrait sessions  -

Monday to Thursday: (first appointment) 10am - (last appointment) 7.00pm

Friday to Sunday: (first appointment) 10am - (last appointment) 5.00pm

Appointments for Friday - Sunday are generally reserved for Portraits and Weddings

If you need a viewing session or pre-wedding discussion on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, a booking can only be made 4-5 days beforehand when an appointment exists.  

A booking fee ($95) is required to hold a Portrait Session time. 

The initial portrait viewing session is complementary.   A cancellation of the complementary viewing session 24 hours or less before the scheduled session, or non arrival 15 minutes into the session, is considered as the session having taken place.   Subsequent viewing sessions attract a booking fee ($45).
